Yoga Bear!

Hey doods!
Just wanted to take a hot second from all the whating, dancing, and partying to tell you about an organization I've been working with for the last couple months called Yoga Bear. Essentially what we do is provide free yoga classes and other alternative therapies for post-treatment cancer survivors. By operating solely through volunteers and donations, we are a quickly growing grassroots non-profit with chapters established from coast to coast. Why post-treatment survivors you may ask? Put simply, there are numerous resources for cancer patients undergoing treatment to help them fight the devastating disease, however once they have exhausted these treatments (and all the funds they used to pay for the treatments), they are often left alone to cope with the shattered physical image of what they once were. Yoga Bear aims to improve the health and wellness of such survivors by getting them back in touch with their bodies and their surrounding community, which is what makes the organization truly special. Anyways, as many of you very well know because we've done it together several times, yoga is AMAZING. It's the rarely found harmony of mind, body, and spirit- and if you've done it you know how good it makes you feel. If you haven't, do yourself a favor and try it. Please! Anyways, I just wanted to let you guys know about this organization because I feel that many of you can understand and connect with what we're trying to do. If you guys would be interested in learning more about what we do and why we do it, you can check out http://www.yogabear.org/ ... or if you want a more practical way to help us and receive updates and all that jazz, you can join our facebook group here http://www.facebook.com/Yoga-Bear .. thank you so much for reading my shpeal on this!
